Q: How long does it take to get my package?
A: For domestic packages it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive, please note this is in addition to processing period noted at check out (3-4 business days)
Q: How do I know if my package has shipped?
A: Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive an email with your tracking #.
Please allow 48 hours from the time you place your order for status to update.
Q: My tracking info say my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.
A: If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building managers, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. We will always do our best to assist you, but Society Vice is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen if the tracking # states the package was delivered.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

NOTE: If the tracking # states the package is not traceable or lost in transit and it does not state it was delivered to you Society Vice will take responsibility and ship out a new package.
Q: Attempted delivery
A: As stated at check out if your purchase is $100+ a signature is required. If delivery is attempted and you or a designated person is not available to sign for the package, you will need to make arrangements with USPS for redelivery or to pick up package at designated post office where your package is being held. Society Vice is not responsible for arranging a redelivery time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
YES! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.
Depending on the type of shipping you choose it usually takes 6-15 business days for the package to arrive in your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
