Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days from when the item is received. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

We do not accept exchanges or store credit on intimate wear or sale items.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
If you are approved, then your return (for store credit) or exchange will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
