Please note once an order is placed no changes can be made to the order. We cannot cancel, make any changes or refund orders once they have been placed.
Within 15 days from when the item is received merchandise can be exchanged for store credit only.
If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
To be eligible to return items for store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If you are approved, then your return for store credit will be processed and you will receive an email with a code provided to use your store credit.
If you are eligible for a store credit we will process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
